Anything you need that is not here, write to Recovery@hurtsquare.ca and we will send it. That includes another copy of the article, a version written for your province, interior sample pages, provincial Companion Guide covers, or a shorter cut to fit your space. We reply within one business day. Put DEADLINE in the subject line for same day filing and tell us your deadline time.

The three national guides. Each is paired with a provincial Companion Guide, and there is one for every province and territory. Suggested cutline: Hurt Square publishes recovery documentation guides for Canadians injured on the road and at work.

The article we sent you and the images on this page are free to reprint in print and online. You do not need to ask us first. Edit, cut or rewrite to fit your space and your house style.
We ask only that you keep the credit line at the foot of the article, so a reader who wants the free recovery log can find it.
If we have given you a figure that turns out to be wrong, tell us and we will correct it publicly.
