All ten provinces and the three territories are now on this register, each with its sources in the section above and its open items in the gaps below. Start from the guides by province and territory.

No provisions are named on the road accident lane. The Automobile Accident Insurance Benefits Regulation, the Diagnostic and Treatment Protocols Regulation, the Limitations Act and the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Act are all named on our Alberta page without the sections relied on. A reader cannot yet trace a figure to a clause, which is the thing this register exists to make possible.

The Workers' Compensation Act citation is incomplete. Section 13.2(8) is the only provision named anywhere on our Alberta workplace page, and the Act itself is named without a chapter citation.

Most of the workplace lane rests on board material. The appeal timelines come from WCB-Alberta's own pages, its Worker Handbook and the Appeals Commission's pages rather than from clauses we have read in the Act.

No official links. None of the four Alberta statutes and regulations is linked to its official text, here or on the deadline page.

The workplace lane cites no legislation at all. Every source behind our WorkSafeBC page is published material from WorkSafeBC, the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal or the Workers' Advisers Office. Those are the bodies that apply the rules, so they are not second-hand, but they are not the Act and we have not read the Act.

One filing allowance is expressly unconfirmed. Our page states that a published allowance applies to two deadlines and then says, in its own words, "We have not confirmed that it applies to the forty five day health and safety deadline, so treat that one as forty five days flat and file early."

Class action dates are deliberately absent. Our road accident page says "We are not going to give you dates for it, because court-set deadlines in a class action move and we have not confirmed the current ones at source." That remains our position rather than an oversight.

The Civil Resolution Tribunal Act is unlinked. Section 56.6 is named without a link to the official text. The Enhanced Accident Benefits Regulation above is the one entry across Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba that carries both its sections and an official link.

Our road accident page relies on provisions its own source list does not name. That page cites section 151(1) of the Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation Act, and section 148 of that Act together with section 43 of Regulation 40/94. None of the three appears in the page's "Checked against" box, so a reader following our own trail would not reach them. That is a fault in our page rather than in the law, and it is on the list to fix.

The Workers Compensation Act citation is incomplete. Section 109.7(1.3) is named without a chapter citation, and Policy 20.10 Reconsiderations is named without a link.

The absence of a general appeal deadline was confirmed with the bodies rather than from a clause. Our page says it "was confirmed against the Appeal Commission and the Worker Advisor Office directly rather than taken from a summary." We record that as sound method and an incomplete citation at the same time.

No deadline is published for the PIPP application itself. Our page says "MPI does not publish a fixed deadline for making the PIPP application itself and advises reporting as soon as possible, so we give no number for it here."

The road accident lane carries no links and few sections. The New Brunswick Standard Automobile Owner's Policy, N.B.P.F. No. 1 is a policy form rather than a provision of an Act, and we have not read it at source. Only the Limitation of Actions Act at section 5 and the Proceedings Against the Crown Act at section 15 carry a section, and neither is linked to its official text.

The Local Governance Act is reached second-hand. Our page names the Province's own reference guide to the Act rather than the Act itself, so a reader cannot yet trace the figure to a clause.

The workplace lane rests entirely on board material. Every source behind our WorkSafeNB page is published material from WorkSafeNB or the New Brunswick Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal. No section of a statute is named, and the occupational health and safety appeals process entry carries no link.

The road accident lane names eight instruments at the Act level. Only the Automobile Insurance Contract Mandatory Conditions Regulations carry a pinpoint, to Schedule 1 and Schedule 2. The Diagnostic and Treatment Protocols Regulations, the Uninsured and Unidentified Automobile Coverage regulations, the Insurance Act, the Limitation of Actions Act, the Proceedings against the Crown Act, the Municipal Government Act and the Motor Vehicle Act reporting threshold are each named without a section.

No official links on the road lane. None of the eight road instruments is linked to its official text.

The workplace lane names no section in its source box. The consolidated Workers' Compensation Act is dated to 1 January 2026, but the section numbers appear in the page's own text rather than in its Checked against box, so a reader following the box would not reach them. The rest of the lane is WCB Nova Scotia and Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal material, together with Bill 144.

The road accident lane rests on a policy form and two Acts, none linked. The PE S.P.F. No. 1 standard automobile policy is a form rather than a provision of an Act, and we have not read it at source. The Uninsured and Unidentified Automobile Coverage Regulations at Cap. I-4 and the Statute of Limitations at c. S-7 carry chapter citations but no section, and neither is linked.

No single limitation figure is given. Our page declines to state one number for the limitation period, and we have kept that position rather than supply a figure that could be wrong for a given claim.

The workplace lane rests on board and government web pages. The sources behind our WCB PEI page are the board's Appeals, File Your Claim and Claim Process pages and the Office of the Worker Advisor. The Workers Compensation Act at Cap. W-7.1 is named as the governing law without a section or a link.

The Section B policy wording. Section 2(1)(a) of the Automobile Insurance Act defines accident benefits by reference to the S.P.F. No. 1 Standard Automobile Policy, which is a form approved by the Superintendent of Insurance rather than a provision of the Act. The 30 day notice and the 90 day proof of claim live in that form. We have not read it at source, so treat those two figures as a prompt to read the Section B wording in your own policy.

The Facility Association route. Sections 45.10 to 45.22 of the Automobile Insurance Act deal with claims where the driver cannot be identified. We have not read those sections in full and any time limits inside them are not on our pages.

The Highway Traffic Act reporting duty. We have not checked whether Newfoundland and Labrador imposes a duty to report a collision to police within a set time. If it does, it is not yet on our pages.

Consolidation currency. Each official statute page carries a "How current is this statute?" link that requires JavaScript. We could not confirm the consolidation date for the instruments above.

The Workplace Safety and Insurance Act text. The section numbers on our WSIB page were read in the Board's own reproduction of the Act inside its Operational Policy Manual, rather than in the official version published by the Government of Ontario. Our standard asks for the official version, so this one falls short of it. The Board reproduces the Act it administers and we have no reason to doubt the text, but we have not checked it against the official consolidation and we would rather say so than let it pass.

Official links for the Ontario instruments. The Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule, the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, the Insurance Act, the Limitations Act, 2002, the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 are named above without links to the official versions. The links are still to be added to this register.

The Limitations Act, 2002 sections. Our road accident page relies on the basic two year limitation period without naming the section it sits in. The figure is right and the citation is incomplete.

The road accident lane names its two instruments without a section. The Automobile Insurance Act is named at consolidation level, to 1 April 2026, and the Regulation respecting the processing of a claim for compensation or application for review is named without a section or a link. Only the SAAQ page on contesting a decision carries a link.

The workplace lane rests on CNESST policy and one statute. The three CNESST policies, 1.01, 6.02 and 6.01, and the Loi sur les accidents du travail et les maladies professionnelles are named without links, and the Act is named without a section. The Tribunal administratif du travail page is the one linked source.

The road accident lane is pinpointed but unlinked. The Automobile Accident Insurance Act is named at sections 188 to 196 together with Part X of its regulations, which is a clause-level citation, but it is not linked to its official text. The remaining road sources are SGI and Automobile Injury Appeal Commission material, two of which carry no link.

The workplace lane is well pinpointed but unlinked. The Workers' Compensation Act, 2013 is cited to a long list of sections read at source on the Saskatchewan publications service, but the Act itself is not linked here. The rest of the lane is WCB Saskatchewan and Government of Saskatchewan web material, one entry of which carries no link.

The road accident lane is linked but not pinned to sections. The Yukon and Northwest Territories Limitation of Actions Acts, the Yukon Insurance Act Schedule of Benefits and the Northwest Territories and Nunavut Insurance Acts are each linked to an official PDF but named without the sections relied on. Nunavut runs on the Northwest Territories Limitation of Actions Act as duplicated, and the Yukon third party liability minimum was cross-checked against the Insurance Bureau of Canada rather than a statute.

The workplace lanes rest on board and tribunal material. The Yukon lane is Yukon Workers' Safety and Compensation Board and Appeal Tribunal pages plus the Workers' Safety and Compensation Act, SY 2021, c 11, named without a section. The Northwest Territories and Nunavut lane is WSCC pages and the Appeals Tribunal's guidance, with the Workers' Compensation Act named without a section or a link.

Nunavut has no separate workplace page. The WSCC serves both the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, so the workplace sources for Nunavut are the Northwest Territories entries above.
