There is no rate per kilometre printed anywhere in this tracker, because rates differ by province and they change. Instead there is a page where you record what you were actually told, by whom and when. That gives you a dated record of the rules you were given.

The submissions page tracks what you claimed against what came back, because a submission is not a payment.
